Ben Affleck, who now has a daughter with girlfriend actress Jennifer Garner, thinks the not needed media interest surrounding his relation with Jennifer Lopez resulted in studio executives pleasing him take away seriously in Hollywood.

Ben says to Details magazine, “it was possibly awful for my career. What occurs is, this kind of bleeds more of the tabloids through your film work.

“You go to a film, you go only once. But the tabloids and the Internet are everywhere. You can really include the public image somebody.

"I finished up in an unlucky crosshair situation where I was in a affiliation and (the media) typically lied and inflated a group of salacious things for the sake of selling magazines. And I paid a convinced price for that."
